Faculty granted emeritus status by the Montgomery College Board of Trustees retain access to the library's resources following retirement.  Any Maryland or DC resident may request a community user card to borrow physical materials and use library electronic resources while on-campus. Emeritus faculty have the added benefit of continuing access to the library's suite of electronic resources remotely.  The library is not able to automate this process and emeritus faculty must contact us to initiate the request.

Please submit requests via the Report a Problem form, including your full name and M number.  Library staff will review the request, confirm emeritus status, and contact you when access has been granted.  While the time required to complete a request will vary, most requests will be resolved within 2-3 business days.
