Books on the ProQuest Ebook Central platform are discoverable within RaptorSearch, or by using the search bar within the platform.

Note: To access e-books on this platform, you will need to log in with your M number, even if you are on-campus.

ProQuest Ebook Central has a built-in reader app for displaying chapters online, or to allow for downloads in PDF or EPUB format.

If you wish to download an entire book for offline reading, you will need to download and install Adobe Digital Editions on your computer, and then download the e-book in EPUB format.

ProQuest has step-by-step instructions for downloading ebooks on Ebook Central.

Adobe has a troubleshooting guide for Adobe Digital Editions.

More information about EPUB and Adobe Digital Editions can be found at Adobe's Digital Editions homepage.
