You need a current M number or community user card number to place a hold.
To place a hold:
- Locate the item in RaptorSearch.
- Click on the item's title to access the full record.
- Scroll down to the Find & Request section.
- If you are not already signed in, click the "Sign In" button and enter your credentials to proceed.
- Once you're signed in, click the "Request" button.
- Select your pickup location from the dropdown menu.
- Click "Submit Request."
