Q. I paid my overdue fine, why is there still a hold on my account?

I paid the fine fee for some overdue books and even though it has been paid, I still have a hold on my account.

If the hold is on a college account, contact the Cashier/Finance office.

If the hold is barring use of the MC Library, contact one of our locations, or email us at circulation.services@montgomerycollege.edu.
