The library has music for piano duets (also called "music for 4 hands") by Bach, Handel, Mendelssohn, Schubert, Satie, Schumann, and others.

  • Search in RaptorSearch for the composer, title of the piece, instrument, etc. (Example search terms: piano duet; “music for 4 hands”)
  • Then, use the filters on the left side of the results screen. Under Source Type, select Show More and scroll down to select Scores.
  • You can also choose to add the filters Available Online or Located at Library if you need only the online or print format.

All of the library's print music scores are located at the Rockville Campus Library.

The Music & Performing Arts database also contains a collection of music scores. Enter the database and select “Music Online: Classical Scores Library” on the right side of the screen.

If you have any other questions about music, access the Music Research Guide. If you need further assistance, connect with a librarian or speak to a library employee at a service desk.
