MC Library may accept donations or gifts of materials that are consistent with the library's Collection Development Guidelines and which add strength to the collection.
Before bringing donations into the library, we ask that you first contact the Collection Development Librarian, Beth Thoms at beth.thoms@montgomerycollege.edu. Please include an itemized list of items you’d like to donate.
Ms. Thoms will review the list against our collection and identify any titles that would be appropriate to add. Please note that the library is typically only able to accept a limited number of donations. Ms. Thoms will be happy to provide additional information about our donation procedures.
