Currently-registered MC students and current MC employees will use their MC ID card as their library card. Students can learn more about obtaining their MC ID on the College's Student ID Cards page. Employees will be issued their MC ID at new employee orientation.
Those not currently affiliated with MC (including College retirees and alumni) can use the MC Library with a community user card. We do not accept Montgomery County Public Library cards or cards issued by other colleges. Residents of Maryland or of the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age are eligible. To obtain a card, you must present a photo ID listing your current address, such as a driver's license, at a library service desk.
