There are three ways to complete a library tutorial and quiz:

1. From within the tutorial OR

2. From within your Blackboard course site OR

3. By sending a Certificate of Completion to your professor

a. NOTE: The Certificate of Completion is only for the content modules with the titles: “Is It Plagiarism?,” “Question Authority!,” or “MLA Source Documentation”.

Troubleshooting the issue

  •  Check with your instructor about how you were supposed to submit the tutorial quiz.
  •  Check that you provided the correct instructor email address.
  •  If your instructor still did not receive an e-mail with the results, then contact an instruction librarian at libquiz@montgomerycollege.edu.

When you email the instruction librarian, please provide:

  •  Your name, e-mail address and campus
  •  How you completed the quiz (e.g., in Blackboard, from within the tutorial, or with a Certificate of Completion)
  •  The name of the quiz(zes) completed
  •  The approximate date you completed the quiz
  •  Your instructor’s name & e-mail address
