You will need you MC I.D. to check out circulating materials such as books and videos.  You do not need your MC I.D. to use our resources in the library except to login to the computers. Computers in the library now require login and password.  Students use M number (login) and last name (password).  Another use of your MC I.D. number is to access our databases off-campus.  When you click on the link to one of the MC library databases from an off campus location, you will be prompted to login with your MC I.D. number which begins with the letter "M" followed by eight (8) numbers. It is important to turn off the pop-up blocking function as this can prevent access to the database(s). Once the MC I.D. number has been entered you should have access to the database and you can begin your search for information.
