How do I know when a hold is ready for pickup. Will you notify me?

If a hold has been placed on an item that is checked out by another patron, then the patron will be notified first by telephone, if possible, and then by email when the item is returned. If all of the above methods fail, then a letter will be sent via U.S. Postal mail.
