Mango is a web-based language learning system that includes over 40 "basic" and "complete" introductions to foreign languages including Spanish, French, Pashto, Urdu, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.  It also includes 15 ESL courses taught in native languages.  You can even learn Pirate if you are so inclined.  It is a simple, easy-to-use and follow introduction to basic language acquisition.
