We do not have a subscription to it.  Ancestry.com does offer a free 14-day trial if you wanted to check it out.

I looked at the Montgomery County Public Libraries website and it doesn't look like they offer it either.  There are a few public libraries that have a Library Edition (Arlington County and Baltimore County are two in the area), but you need to use the service in person.   I know that public libraries, from time to time, offer genealogy classes so you may want to check with your local public library.  Many of the records on Ancestry. com are freely available in the public domain anyway.  The real value of their site is that they bring all of these resources together in one cross-searchable database.

Good luck with your research!
